Bad Back (Patreon)

So all week, my back has been jacked up!!

I used tiger balm which gave a very nice hot tingle.

And a hot water bottle.

And lots of rest!!

Today, I soaked in hot water which I feel I am getting almost back to normal!!

BUT it sucks that some people who you feel are your friend, would do something like that.
