Lot No. 249 - Pack#41 Reward (Patreon)

Lot No. 249 from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's fiction. I noticed gothic mpreg is the second place of the voting so far, so here's another piece of this theme. Of course there's no any mpreg in Conan Doyle's fiction, I just imagine the mummy had a baby with his master, and they happy together after.
