Very satisfying that the artist community just mutually accepted that she has a mole next to her asshole

Yaggayooger

POV: You're that one Hilichurl who has mentioned her mole hole for the 2048th time. (She somehow understand Churl Language)

Jamal Laquari

I want her to do some police brutality to me honestly

FloydianSlip73

You were not joking about the need to see that hole, even now the detail on that is just *damn*-//

No because a court would not consider making someone eat your ass a legitimate part of an arrest. It seems difficult at first because in the US and Canada (with exceptions in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Virginia, Washington, and North Dakota) resisting arrest doesn't distinguish between a legal and illegal arrest, but since Chevreuse's actions here can't be construed as an arrest, you wouldn't be found guilty.

With that being said, in the moment that doesn't really matter as she has obvious power over you, but that enters into the area of the letter of the law vs how it is enforced, which is a whole different can of worms than making these types of basic statutory claims.

I’m crying you actually went in-depth, if I have an actual lawyer in here that’d be WILD (but also thanks for the knowledge, we learn everyday)
