This is amazing! Question. What do you use for your art? I use Photoshop for my photo manipulation, but my sister suggested I get an iPad and get Procreate.

Right now I’m using an IPad Pro and procreate because my other equipment is at home (and I’m currently evacuated from a wildfire so the iPad was a very good investment in hindsight 😂). I regularly use a Huion Kamvas tablet and Clip Studio Paint (which I am considering subscribing to on my iPad because CSP is just such a good program). I would recommend any of these programs/tablets because they’ve all served me well. Up until last year I had been using a small Wacom splash tablet I think? And these kind of tablets are good to start with and very affordable but I upgraded to what I have now bc of how regularly I was getting tendinitis. Huion screen tablets are much more affordable than IPads, but what I did was I went on eBay and looked for a used iPad, and found a 1st gen IPad Pro that someone was selling along with the Apple Pencil! It was in good enough condition and still works very well, so if I were to recommend getting an iPad I would recommend getting a used one (just because buying one brand new is insanely expensive and it was totally out of my budget). Even getting an older iPad will still be compatible with the Apple Pencil and procreate! The only reason I don’t use photoshop is because it is out of my budget and I haven’t really used the program since I was in school so I never got used to it but it is also very good for digital painting and has a lot of advantages that other programs don’t have, but CSP is very similar to it and has new features that are discovered all the time and you can also just buy a license for the PC version of CSP, and then use the license for up to 3 different devices!
