Removing Discord Server Notice (Patreon)

Hello! This is just a heads-up that I will be deleting the Discord server in 1 month from now. It is pretty inactive and unfortunately I'm really not able to keep it running and organised. I am giving a 1 month notice in case anyone wants to send any friend requests, save any posts or art, etc. Thank you for your support and understanding! <3
