The Prom-Date (Patreon)

Here’s another classic I really love!! “The Promdate” comic I made for Halloween 2024. I still think it’s great, and I really want it to be part of a Killer Cutie anthology. It would fit perfectly into “Welcome to Woodcreek,” since the comic tells a lot of Stacey’s lore.

The problem is the rectangular format, because all the comics I make now are square. The other problem is the blue color scheme, haha. That was during my phase where I did KC comics only in shades of blue. But since I moved some comics I originally wanted in WtW into the second volume, “Kill You Later” (it just got too much), there ended up being a big gap. So I decided to really put work into this comic again.

I’m trying to keep what I can, but I’m also redrawing things. Stacey, for example, has become a lot curvier, hehe, and I’d like to flesh out Tommy more—maybe he’ll show up again later.

Okay, enough rambling!! The first part of the remake will be out tomorrow or so. I hope you all stay safe out there and don’t get lost in the woods!!
