It has been a short month, and this will not be a long post. Distant Horizon is out, v0.1 is available, and v0.2 is on schedule for tomorrow. v0.3 is also in the works, and v0.4 is already written, so there won't be any disruption until May, that's for sure.

The 10th chapter of Rise of the Crime Lord has been a bit of a bumpy ride. I was hoping to write at least the Rick-Cora section this month, and then I can start rewriting it in python. Well, unfortunately it didn't work out, I'm struggling a bit. I've scored a couple of own goals and I'm looking for a solution to that. But if I get through all that, I'll finish quickly, because the end is not far away (I mean this section). So in March I should be able to work on Chapter 10 at rendering level. I also made some "feeling" pictures, I'll share them with you to show you what to expect.

And that's about it. Okay, let's have a little fun at the end. My day yesterday was spent almost entirely on fixing an problem. I'm constantly adding new characters, locations, plug-ins and scripts to my Daz library. Yesterday I installed several new features that I hope will help my work. However, one of them screwed something up badly and made poor Skye's head look a bit like a balloon (in the first picture the normal one, in the second the transformed one).

So the whole day was spent going backwards in chronological order to delete the new Daz features to find out what caused the problem. The joke: it was literally the one I installed first that caused the problem, so I deleted it last. So sometimes such inconveniences slow down the work.
