Bleedstone Fangs Talisman (Patreon)

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)

"Some people are just born with tragedy in their blood."

These fangs, as dark as the midnight sky, are said to be made from the teeth of an ancient vampire lord.

You gain +2 to Constitution while wearing this item.

Blood Sacrifice. While attuned to and wearing the Bleedstone Fangs, you can use a bonus action once per long rest to sacrifice hit points equal to 1 + half your character level (rounded down) to empower your strike. For the next minute, the next melee attack you make that hits deals maximum damage.

Mortality's Edge. When you make a death saving throw, you do so with advantage.

Bloodbound Resistance. You have resistance to necrotic damage.

Curse of Sanguine Manifestation. When you are injured, the fangs begin to bleed.

Cursed Reflection. Your reflection is permanently distorted, showing you as a pale, vampiric visage in mirrors and other reflective surfaces.
