Cloak of Spectral Echoes (Patreon)

Wondrous Item (cape), rare (requires attunement)

"The spectral twin, born of intention, gracefully mirrors the subtleties of my motions."

The Cloak of Spectral Echoes appears as a flowing, midnight-blue garment adorned with silver threads that seem to weave in and out of reality.

The cloak has 3 charges. It regains expended charges after a long rest.

Spectral Echo. As a bonus action, you can expend one charge to create a spectral duplicate that merges with you, occupying the same space. This intangible duplicate mirrors your movements, granting you advantage on all your attacks and imposing disadvantage on attacks against you. These effects last for 1 minute or until you are hit by an attack.
