i actually felt like proximus was underused from what i saw, and the introduction of May wasn’t as coherent as i would’ve wanted it to be, sure it made sense in the end but still there are some questions i had regarding her immunity unless i fell asleep during a part of the exposition at some point, and no lie i also fell asleep because i had just ate a huge ramen and sushi meal beforehand, and maurice 2.0 smh r.i.p. gone way too soon. It still doesn’t make sense for me why noa’s clan was chosen or how they’ve even survived having zero defenses or perimeter checks for danger, they literally sent one guy to check and he got killed and then the village got burned, like one guy? one guy for the whole place checking the perimeter and no guards standing watch, but even then, i am surprised that these smart intelligent apes who are shown to be able to create and change their environments, how they don’t have bow and arrows, proximus wanted a weapons cache and more but if they can figure out a bow and arrow then they are top of the food chain, they don’t even need guns, but it looked amazing on screen but the story itself and granted even the trilogy had some issues too, it could’ve been a lot stronger for me personally. and the apes being able to see through a telescope? like what. figure out a bow and arrow first to protect yourselves or shields or swords, idk, but i loved proximus voice actor, he did a great job

You know what…. I honestly wouldn’t mind if mair and Sophie rewatch kingdom of the planet of the apes! Like let me throw a scenario out there, let’s say the upcoming sequel to the movie was about to release. Mair and Sophie can prep for the new movie by re- reacting to kingdom of the planet of the apes, so maybe they can have a different take/perspective and to refresh their memory going to the sequel whatever the title will be. Just a slight suggestion for the future!
