I mean if someone murders someone bc they were being abused, it’s still murder & murder is bad but it would be justified murder. That’s why there’s multiple degrees of murder, 1st, 2nd & 3rd degree. And just think about the fact that most abusers & rapists get less than 10 years or don’t get charged at all but people like the Menendez brothers get a life time in prison for murdering their abusers. It’s really about context. I spent most of my life pursuing Law & the only people I would have a problem defending is rapists & abusers, so I understand what Simone is saying.

They said it in season one that Gil went to prison for embezzlement and fraud. But Georgia “framed him”, at least she said she framed him but as far as we know he actually was embezzling so she probably means she’s the reason he was caught.

I think the convo between Max and Ginny was good. I think it is a good step for Max bc she can be selfish sometimes and I think it was good that she realized that and told Ginny what she did. I think Max is definitely trying to be a better person which is good.
