Season 6 is by far the best season. Season 4 although great doesn’t compare.

What he means to say is; this is where the show really starts to get a BUDGET and shit gets really big. A lot of great stuff coming in 4,5,6.

Quentin Carbonnel

No, you have seen The Mountain before, in season one. He was in that tournament of the hand for Ned Stark. He tried to kill Sir Lora's, but then the hound jumped in and stopped him. Then he started rampaging the countryside, so Ned sent the lightning lord and those guys to arrest him.

Tywin never wanted Jamie in the kingsguard. He’s the firstborn son and was meant take his place as lord of casterly rock before the mad king forced Jaime into the kingsguard to spite Tywin.

Oberyon is the brother of Elia Martell. Elia was the wife of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen (The Mad King's son). Rhaegar is the one who kidnapped Ned Starks sister, Lyanna, which started Robert's Rebellion. When Tywin Lannister sacked the city and Jaime killed The Mad King, Tywin is said to have ordered the death of Elia and her children. The Mountain raped and killed Elia, and also brutally killed her children. That's why Oberyn is angry. Rhaegar abandoned his sister Elia, kidnapped Lyanna and then it left Oberyn sister and her kids vulnerable to be killed.
