What is making Chuck sick? I believe it's the fact that Jimmy became a lawyer. He believes that Jimmy basically cheated or took the easy path, and that he is unqualified. It drives Chuck crazy. That's why he was doing ok when he was totally distracted, but as soon as he saw Jimmy, the illness came back.
