If the writer ever finishes the books, you will find that Tyrian is not a Lannister at all. He is a bastard Targaryen. And gets to fly one of the dragons. The three eyed Raven is also a bastard Targaryen. He was Aemon Targaryen's bastard uncle called Bloodraven, he was a one eyed hand of the king. He had so many spies it was said he had "a thousand eyes and one". He was later sent to the wall and disappeared while ranging north of the wall.
