They’ve said no apparently - the main issue is Sky will already be rigging their cabling at the ground as we speak. So if another venue was used tomorrow it definitely won’t be on tv unless, I don’t know - there was a game happening at the National stadium tonight which is being broadcast on Tv 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ It will cost more than Doncaster’s yearly wage to cancel these games and I’m not sure how that gets repaid to them.

Stewart is a wild mix of arrogance and complete and utter ignorance He’s the “Liz Truss” of Scottish Football punditry, someone who is thick as shit and lacks that inner critic that normal people have that pops up saying “are you sure this is a good idea? Could I be wrong?” To be honest, Sportsound and Sportscene would be an awful lot better if they replaced him with a f@*cking lettuce (the lettuce would probably understand that getting an accidental touch on the ball before deliberately trying to impede the opponent is a f@*cking penalty!)

My pop psychology take on Stewart is that he's been ashamed of his association with us since diving headlong into nationalism and has spent the years since like Lady Macbeth trying to scrub off the spot. It's probably less that we didn't sign him and more that, in his own head, the photos of him in Rangers training gear have hurt his political aspirations.

Thanks for the update David. A proper FA would bring sanctions against a club with a pitch consistently inadequate to host matches - erm, yeah, proper FA. Matter closed eh?! I'd be interested to see what happened if another club was due to play a game in hand there, to go top, in a tight title race! Stewart. Well said David and most likely a very accurate diagnosis. I hate saying this but that mhob beat us hands down over shit like this. They galvanise, organise and relentlessly bombard whoever, eg BBC, until the particular thorn in their side gets removed by the employer. Instead of all banging on about him on social media, FF, here, etc. We really need to @ BBC Scotland, Sportscene, Sportsound, the REAL BBC Sport down south and complain about this idiot who doesn't know the basic rules of the game being presented as an expert and objectively give reasons why eg; poorly representing the BBCs coverage of the sport, mis-education of kids (& plenty adults) in the rules of the sport, etc. We deserve better from our national broadcaster. Who we legally have to pay for. The only option for non subscription viewers. I mean my auld mum only gets her Rangers news from Sportscene and her daily paper. She's only exposed to negativity about her team, mountains being made out of molehills most of us know nothing about, tabloid tattle and clueless mugs like Mikey Stewpid. Bottom line her opinion is everything is bad in some way, mismanaged financially and more injuries than anyone, getting unfair decisions, etc, etc. Goebbles was right - repeat the lies often enough and they become the truth. This is our kids, the elderly and less able-minded these mhedia arseholes are abusing with their stupid 'engagement' games. Rant over. Sorry.
