Jordan Smith

What players should we look to sign from this league? For me Shankland and Watson should be our first signings

James Stewart

Do you think we should have a set piece specialist brought in over the summer and do you think Clement is being to stubborn when asked about it previously

Stuart Sheils

Should we offer the ‘European allocation’ to hearts under the agreement we get the full stand at tynecastle like the Edinburgh derby? I’m assuming here the clubs need to foot the bill if the tickets do not sell out.

Martin Sutherland

How big an impact do you think removing the ‘leadership group’ will have? Without new signings the only obvious captain candidate is Butland. Which I would be comfortable with if we recruited a younger group of players.

Alan Weir

What’s your opinion of Tavernier staying on, but not as captain? We, hopefully, retain his goals, but with a new captain we also show signs of looking to the future.

Stuart MacDonald

It was interesting to hear that we’ve got the biggest wage bill in the country. Being honest, how many of our players do you think would get into theirs, or a combined 11. Personally, I only see Butland as an obvious one, which suggests we’re not getting value for money based on wages. How many players do you think we’re away from over-hauling them. And final one - what would you do with dessers next season, sell him if we get an offer or keep him around?

Graham Ross

Hi lads. No doubt PC will have gis targets and will probably be from outwith these shores, but closer to home I would like to to go for Barron, Miller and Shankland. Also, I would test the the waters with Aberdeen for Miovski and then take it from there. We need players who are familiar with the league and we should be going for the best talent within our league.

David Clapperton

2 games to go. Everything considered from when the manager took over to now, has he done a good job or it is actually too early to say and it all depends on how the cup final and summer window player in and outs go?

David Innes

1) Do you think Cantwell deserves to still be a Rangers player next season? 2) If we sell him how much do you think we could realistically expect to get for him?

Gregg

Any left field signing options from the rest of the spl?

G Calder

What goals for THIS SEASON do you believe the board set for Phil when he took on the manager role, and what realistic objectives would you have established for him upon his arrival? When Beale was sacked - Do you think any manager could have led our squad to win the league this season considering the numerous injuries and expiring contracts?

Ross Stirling

Most of the questions are about how the club can fix the problems, they've had years of making mistakes, so my question is; how can we as a support inact change? Is it going to take some kind of proper meltdown for them to realise the state of play?

Ronnie Gallacher

For me the following players will and should leave the club at the end of the season be that end of contract or end of loan or we sell (if anyone will actually buy them); McLaughlin McCrorie Goldson Barisic Lundstram Silva Wright Roofe Jack Matondo Lawrence I’d like to see us buy Sima and Cortes and from the SPFL, Miller, Watson & Miovski. I don’t watch enough of other leagues however we need an influx of youth and speed as well as a goalkeeper and some experience. Would you agree with the list of outs and ins and who else would you want to see us show interest in? We must win the league next year, so (another) massive summer for us.

Steven Harvey

On the manager - what is your opinions on why the he played a midfield with limited legs/mobility against Celtic on 3 occasion this season when their midfield 3 is probably the most functional part of their side? Nearly every Bear I know was seriously concerned before the last league match when the team sheet was released and we were all proved right. I find that baffling and I do have some reservation over the coaching staff.

William Hughes

Noticed last night they mentioned Dundee were top with goals from corners. Shows you what a leveller it is. We must be near the bottom if not last. The corners in some games number into double figures yet we lack anyone who has the determination, and will, to make some of the quality cross balls theirs. Surely knowing what a weapon it can be we need to vastly improve our goal return from corners.

ASR

Hi Gents. First off, thanks for the hard work on the shows every game, essential listening for us with long drives to the games. Is there any hope to be had from the fact that we only turned in about three "good" domestic performances all season and were absolutely crippled with key injuries all season and arguably only lost the league due to the other mob getting injury time winners? It's a sore one and hard to take but is the gap really as sizeable as some suggest? Are we reliant on them being complacent and us getting our act together quietly now?

Steven Harvey

Also, will the cup final now be detrimental to Phil’s future especially if he brings Lundstram back in and it doesn’t go well? First game of the season v them is away and there is zero evidence to say we can win there. Does 4 losses in 5 games to them see the noise too loud to ignore? Thanks and great show, lads.

Alan Cowan

Do you think some of the B squad are ready to step up to the 1st team squad . If so, how many and any names. The investment in youth must start paying dividends or what's the point. As for the "leadership team", that's a phrase that's not appropriate. Led us to mediocrity and in most instances, failure. Individually, maybe they look on themselves as successful, but as a group, abject failure and hopefully moving on in the summer please.

William Donaghy

Our captain has been at the club for nearly a decade. With all but one of those years ending in total failure is it time to Finally say goodbye 👋

J H

Outgoing transfers aside, what would you think the transfer budget would be, taking into consideration Diamonde’s fee already spoken for and outgoing wages for out of contract wages?

J H

Is losing the likes of Tav, Goldson, Lundstram (so called leadership group) this summer too much too soon or do we have to be that radical?

CRAIG CASSELLS

A very depressed Bear. Will Rangers ever win the league again in my lifetime? As a 62 year old I genuinely struggle to see how Rangers can compete when you consider the vastly superior financial advantage Celtic hold over us and that's before you add the CL bounty of at least £34m they will automatically receive for winning the title earlier this evening. If Celtic spend wisely they could be out of sight for a long, long time.

Granters

All the transfer focus seems to be on Clement bringing in younger, more dynamic players. But who will lead them? I think his biggest transfer challenge is going to be finding on-field leaders. He needs his own Davie Weir / Steven Davis. We’ve never replaced Weir as a defensive leader in my opinion. Where does Clement get these guys from? Is there anyone domestically who springs to mind? Someone who knows the league and who gets the demands of our jersey? Or do you think there’s a chance he goes back to the Belgian league for guys he knows?

Eric Brownlie

Spoke to Kev and Steven at HT of Dundee game re the manager. Are we certain Clement will stick to the 4-2-3-1 formation, and what style and type of player will Clement want? eg up front out and out wingers or flexible front 3? In midfield more box to box type players? Will he change formations/tactics for different games?

JimGLW

The signings and money wasted since 55 is eye watering. Seemingly the windows getting worse each year. As well as the fact we have the highest wage bill - are fans being a bit unfair on the board? They have backed Ross Wilson and the managers but they've squandered money in unbelievable fashion.

Vanb bryceter

This game is now the deadest of dead rubbers. Will Clement give the young team a free hit and rest what is left standing of the old guard and keep them fresh for the cup final with a view that anyone who does well against Hearts is in with a shout of making the cup final itself.

Gordon Woods

How deep does the mentality issue go is it all players or just certain more influential players. Second half rangers were back to top performance when pressure was off I imagine Saturday against hearts will be the same and then they will crumble in final when something meaningful is on the line. And how does a squad that is entrenched in failure escape such an acceptance of mediocrity.

Tommy

Does singing and chanting effect performance of the players, if so, has it affected our title run in? Has it put pressure on too early and did we peak 2 month ago? I remember hearing some obvious songs & chants when we got to the top of the league and had a small cushion. "Fuck you celtic we're gonna win the league", "we shall not be moved" etc and felt it was a bit premature and felt we were risking jinxing it somehow Did the hubris help with positive encouragement or did it affect the players

James Galbraith

Although it is agreed we need to definitely get younger as a team, however with the need for some experience still is there any players you see who you realistically think could come in and help be an older head like Davie Weir did.

Kenny Park

Hi H&H team! What do you think the ACTUAL problem with Cantwell is? He’s my favourite player so I really want it sorted, whatever it is. Cheers all from Bluebells, Puerto Del Carmen.

Iain Shaw

I've never been more convinced that we need 4-5 Scottish players at the core of the squad. I think without this, it's easy for a dressing room of good foreign players to drift and lose sight of what it's all about. These Scottish guys don't need to be the standout players, but they need a certain stature and voice: decent first team experience in the SPL or elsewhere, i.e. not B team prospects, not fringe players like Wright has mostly been. We obviously can't afford the best Scottish players though, so who realistically can give us this? Or do you think it even matters?

Andy Forgrieve

This is a little bit out there but now that the doors are opened in terms of having club ownership across countries why don't we invest/purchase a team in the EFL league 2 (or even the National league) and supplement that team with our second team/academy players. The current situation with our academy team is ridiculous so this would give them higher quality football than they'd get in a lower division in Scotland. It would also give us eyes on the best talent in the lower reaches of English football. Finally it would give us a way to still exist when the powers of be of Scottish football eventually puts itself completely out to pasture (only half kidding on this last one :)

Stuart Lamont

The league was lost this season vs… Motherwell, Ross County and Dundee, that’s despite the fact we didn’t get any victories over Celtic, we should have been 5 points clear going into that match at Celtic Park, the gap is getting wider financially as well as with the quality on the pitch, they already have a better quality of player than us and that’s before we go into the summer, I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, what needs to be done to start clawing back the deficit, we have had everything from boardroom shake ups to team rebuilds and nothing has worked so far, the team let us down badly this year by losing to other teams we should be beating quite comfortably, Clemente has done a great job so far but some of his team selections have baffled the fans and pundits alike, players continually being played out of position etc, not to mention the ever growing injury list, what on earth is going on at our club, we are not getting the full story.

Scott Watson

Is it a silver lining that Celtic are very likely going to go into next season with Rodgers?

Scott Watson

What exactly is a Scottish identity in footballing terms? Is it real? Does it matter? Or is it just something we tell ourselves because it seems an easier problem to solve than getting financial parity, better players and better management? I'm reminded of some of the stuff Martyn covered in Dominant when Souness started signing English internationals and the press reckoned they wouldn't cut it up here

William Martin

When and how do we hold the board to account for failing to win the league? Allowing Beale free reign Not buying a striker in January The fans good will is thin

John Smith

Will Hearts ever challenge for the title

Andrew Morison

1) Injuries have played a significant part in costing us in key games for over two years now. It seems this is being blamed on the medical staff although we have had different personnel in that department over the period. Is it more likely that our approach in the transfer market is playing a bigger part as we have signed multiple players with concerning injury histories in most transfer windows? 2) Our transfer strategy in recent years has centred around players who have ‘lost their way’. While this has worked for us in a small number of cases where we have targeted younger players falling out of good academies (Bassey, Kamara, Tillman, possibly Dujon) in most cases it has not and particularly not when those players are 25 or older and have been at a few clubs. Is now the time to make a decisive shift towards signing younger players (i.e. 23 and younger) and what should our player recruitment approach look like over the next 3-5 years?

William Davidson

What do the guys think about this: we as a team need to go back to basics, we need to get our Rangers identity back, and we need to stop trying to evolve into this modern fad club when we don't have buckets of cash to pull it off. Walter often played with 4 big no nonsense defenders across the back line, we played 4-4-2 in the easier league games and 4-5-1 in the 'difficult' games, is this something that we need to look at again? Lo and behold now this is how you see Pep and Arteta line up from a defensive point of view, if you have that backbone to your team then it lets the rest of the team dominate. Instead we have guys like Tavernier and Barisic who have decent attacking output but can't defend for toffee. Back to basics 4-4-2 against the dross, 4 solid defenders, 4 energetic aggressive and skillful midfielders, and 2 strikers who know how to find the net, is it really that simple?

John Palmer

From 2012 to present day Rangers have only won 7 Trophies. Only one question that needs asked is "When are Rangers going to stop this Embarrassing show and get back to being a Winning Team instead of being serial losers?"

Mark Harvey

What would be your selling point for Butland? We hung onto Kamara, Kent and Morelos and got £5 million combined for the 3 of them when we could have got £25 million had we sold at the right times.

Liza

Realistically, with the number of players we need to bring in next season, is there a world where we don’t have to sell Butland to fund it? Part 2 I guess.. whilst we’d all be gutted to see him go, wouldn’t he be a perfect example of the ‘player trading model’ actually working.. i.e selling players when their stock is high?

David_Davy_Dave

I imagine lots of shows will cover this but 1 for senior players who stays and who goes? 2 for young players who can be a first team contributing squad player, who needs loaned and who needs to move on? On another note, what’s your most radical call for a change that needs made this summer? Finally, could people accept a similar approach to when Gerrard came in and targeting the league in full season two for Clement? I’m personally a no on that but it’s marginal. We need something solid built to deliver at least back to back titles. That’s the only way to rid ourselves of this fragility of confidence that afflicts the club and support (Apologies that’s greedy putting 3 questions)

Richard

Should we be looking at bring Nathan Paterson back in the summer? I know he has his injury issues so that makes it’s more likely to happen knowing us.

Douglas Innes

Quality over quantity in regards signings ? Start using the younger players as you don't know what you have until you use them

Ross

Do you guys think we need to give clement similar time to the time we gave Gerrard to get it right?

Ronnie Gallacher

Yes!! I thought it must be you, hope all good with you despite the disappointment of the league 🥺

Graham McCallum

Do you guys think the appointment of Willie Collum will be the end of VAR in Scotland? It’s quite obvious with the technology that it makes our refs look completely inept. Will Collums first major decision be to take it out on a roadshow around the clubs?

CRAIG CASSELLS

Cheers, wife and I almost 6 years retired living the good life. Only downside is this damn team of ours😥. Hope all is well with you.

Alan

Can Stephen get an interview with John Moss to find out his thoughts on the interview, process and thoughts on why he wasn't given the head of referees job?
