Don't know if I count as a SA expert but I've written a lot of nonsense about it. As I said on FF, I really like Garcia. I've seen him mostly on highlights but a few times live: I'd say he has a better passing range than Raskin and Lundstram (can keep it simple but likes the long switch to the wide player) and at 20 he is already good at reading the game. The issue for a lot of these players isn't talent (or the physicality of the game here - it can be just as brutal there), it's how they settle. But when you consider there is talk of him getting a pay rise, if he stays to the end of the year, to $9K a month then the risk is minimal.

It'd be so rangers to replace Tav with a guy who has 2 goals and 4 assists in his entire career and he's not a particularly good defender as well

My understanding with the TV packages was based off an EU decision back in the 2000's which expired and was never renewed. The EPL continued with it as they make more money. The SPFL did it as usual almost as an afterthought. The whole rights should have been put out to tender rather than the dodgy Sky get cut price deal. Still feel we should have two packages for Scottish Football. Two Old Firm games and the League Cup in one package and the other two Old Firm games and the Scottish Cup in the other. Nothing stopping one bidder buying the lot but this would hopefully remove the cups being on a lower TV channel.
