That song just makes people to blaze up a doobie

If we sell hammers for 2.5 million we are back to undervaluing our players should be double that

Graham johnston

Any news on tickets for the Birmingham City game. I was hoping to go but still no tickets for sale

Too much emphasis on having Rangers men in the team? We haven't had a core of Scottish players for years - and we're now at the stage where a trophy every other year is our lot. We've missed chances to sign domestic players and haven't developed any. Don't think anyone claims we should have a starting XI all from Govan either - but having none is an issue. Ange Thingymabobby also had "Sellik minded" types over there, both in the coaching staff and in the squad. They has a balance, whereas we haven't. And probably won't again.

Gregg

We need to look forward not back - I think there is an element to what worked the last time we won consecutive leagues under Walter and trying to copy it. I’d like to see us try and get some of the young talent in the league - Miller/ Cameron - but they’d be expensive and might not contribute straight away. I don’t see a supply chain of talent like we have seen in the past - hibs, Dundee united for example always had good players for the plucking. They’re not there now.

Scott

Talent with a rangers core and we would be laughing, but first things first, a league winning team.

Stephen

100% agree. Even teams like Man City don’t have many local players. The fact that Scotland were probably the worst team at the Euros highlights that Scottish players are not the answer. We need good players regardless of where they come from .

Doug Young

I agree we need definitely need at least one or two Scots to keep identity. But I think the current laughable state of the English national side full of superstars shows that without mixed national talent that they have at their clubs, they can be made to look extremely ordinary and devoid of ideas. And we were, without doubt, the poorest side in the tournament, Clarke's idiocy notwithstanding.

Roddy Wylie

Criticising the defending during title winning season 🤣

Stephen

It’s also worth considering that the Scottish Rangers players from the 90’s were getting paid similar wages to the EPL players from that time. They didn’t need to leave after 1 or 2 seasons to earn big money. Any quality Scottish player coming through these days will be away before we get proper use of him like Patterson

Scott Watson

If this scottish identity goes hand in hand with winning, wouldn't the national side do a bit better?
