Hopefully a good upcoming week with 3 home wins and the start to season actually is pretty decent all things considered. Hopefully see an inprovement in retaining possession as last two games has been frustrating to watch with some of the slackness / decision making, Barron aside really.

Great speech, Andy. I said it earlier in the Summer. We have far bigger problems than Dessers because that guy had the broad shoulders needed to play for Rangers. I'll bet his teammates love him too, because he does get a lot of important goals for us and bails out the defensive calamities in doing so. The BBC of all places had a superb picture of Balogun point down at him with his arm round his shoulder.

Steven Porter

Same way Jefte was moved forward last night. If tav actually stays, shouldn’t we move him right wing Sterling right back ? Should’ve happened years ago

Who would have thought 15 years ago that H&H would grow from a show built on low brow sexual references and innuendos to the premier outlet for all things Rangers.

RfcBazza

That was a funny ending 🤣

Damien Stubbs

Lovely dynamic between the three of you, great to listen to.

Not yet taking comfort by the so called ‘pragmatic’ approach of the manager. Walter won stuff, his teams were solid and had a sense of unity. 10 months on how is Clements team characterized?

Alan Duncan

Great pod boys. I know Lawrence is made of glass, but him lasting the full 90mins in the last two games, has to be a positive. Hopefully we can build his robustness and he can contribute this season 🤞🏻

Spot on again Andy. All you can do when things aren’t clicking is improve game in game, we’ve done that I think. Pick up wins in remaining games during August and keep in there so when things properly gel and we’ve hopefully added quality we’ll be in a decent place to challenge as the season progresses.

Andy McGowan

First time round Walter spent a fortune whenever he needed to, second time round he still had top players. Clement has had neither

Euan Dover

Okay that’s fair re Walter. Whether Clements approach works or not remains to be seen but based on what we’ve seen so far, to my mind there is a bit of a lifelessness about the team which you can’t help but be disappointed by. His pedigree is mainly what’s there to hang your hat on as a fan at the moment.

100% a player problem. What he did with that squad last season was a minor miracle but he came in and gave them all a clean slate so they all fought for him. Now there are players who know there not wanted and others nowhere near 100% match sharp. When he gets a couple with more quality and everyone up to speed we should be fine.

Tav cant beat a man and his legs have gone a bit so cerny is the best option when hes 100%. Tav's crossing has fallen off a cliff lately too but hopefully when hes fitter it improves, that kind of quality never leaves a player but I think his confidence is rock bottom atm tbh.

Steven Porter

No saying that’s what a would do but whenever he’s there he’s undroppable it seems. Definitely rather cerny

Dessers takes the flack for the rest of the team not contributing jack. If others were putting up numbers there wouldn't be much of an issue. That mob have multiple scorers most weeks as do most teams but the lack of other scorers in our team is actually pathetic when u think about it.

Stephen

Quite like the look of Cerny. Reminds me a bit of Ryan Kent in the way he plays

Good stuff lads. We finished 8 points behind celtc last season and Clement lost 3 and drew 1 against them. I don't think there is a 'nearly' to argue when it comes to achievements last season sadly.
