" not clinical enough" is jargon. What we should say is " our players can't shoot or head a ball properly and don't seem to know WHEN to shoot, in certain cases. The 2 i problem - ineptitude and indecision. The 1st could be remedied in training and that might solve the 2nd as a consequence.

That miss fro cerny was beyond embarrassing coupled with a complete lack of desire. 10 million quids worth of mediocrity. Clement picked the wrong team again and its becoming a concern for me now. He is back on the High wire this time he has no balancing pole. Tav needs benched and cerny should be binned he is not going to work. Clement needs to focus on developing our own players and ditch the obvious flops. Its going to be a long season at this rate

Yep Silva was the other flop I thought about today. I think he has signed some good promising young players. We need to get past expensive loan signings who offer nothing Similar apart.

The club tying to clement is Ludacris This will get worse before it gets better We lack serious running power and a bit of muscle to get about the park Loose and open with our passing ( things a coach should help with ) Nothing joins up and huge gaps between players ( something a coach should help with ) Av been saying this since March A real lack of aggression and when the manager speaks the excuses he hides behind do not blind me to the fact we all know Lyon have classy players . Doesn’t stop us being a bit tighter and cultured with our ball retention at times ( something a coach helps ) Wur fucking all over the place and a continual cycle of signing players that are never available which feeds into momentum , continuity and a bit of fluidity Round pegs square hole Cortes Motondo 2 left wingers now effecting major parts of the balance of the side shoehorning players out of position to cover them For yet another season Yilmaz ffs just get rid of this dwarf It’s a repeat prescription Danilo my god Danilo 1 fit avalible striker How many seasons now ??? 2-3-4 ?? Have to challenge the narrative Hagi flip flopped, none of this is on the player it’s on the club who handled it poorly. If a player is told they are surplus to requirements, they are loaned out then again told they have no part to play I can’t see why we expect them to just move to clubs that don’t suit them. Hagi was told by Belae he was out, he wasn’t given any indication by Clement he was back in the fold and in fact Clement actively said he wouldn’t be part of the team, yet some make out he was wrong to say his future was elsewhere ? Come on let’s be fair. Hagi obviously hoped the interest in him would be higher but all a player can do is train, keep fit and be available and he did that. Must have been mortifying for a guy deified in his home country to play in reserves but he did it, and put in a shift. None of this is on Hagi, the club did shoddy business and he should have been an option to use IF the manager wanted to not sine dyed out in the cold. The flip flopped thing is disingenuous for me. The club often talks about standard of behaviour but that works both ways, telling someone to go elsewhere then being raging when he tries to isn’t on him, boy has been let down badly and we don’t need to put the boot into him. He isn’t the answer but I would be glad to see him again and think he is better than others getting game time.

Couldn’t agree more with your post……Jan 2nd will be the end for the manager….likely be 8-10 points behind going into that game and then they’ll turn us over in front of our own fans in what will already be an emotional day…..Even in games we win,we’re never in control…..Arguably the worse group of players since coming back to the top flight and some of the managers claims and comments are embarrassing.
