Hoggy is joined by Patron and long time listener Graeme Clunie.

Graeme wanted to talk about his background with Rangers and Paul Gascoigne and his Uncle Alex being the major influences on steering him to Ibrox.

Since then, first games at Firhill and Ibrox, first European games against Parma in 1999 (how spoilt!) and various Old Firm games and Champions League games to walk down memory lane! And he's not done!! Graeme can come back next week!

Partick Thistle v Rangers is here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCiap0vN2S4

Rangers v Motherwell is here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJXeARMd0XQ

And of course, search The Rangers Archives on YouTube!

If you want to come on - email hoggy@heartandhand.co.uk. Give Graeme some love!

Had the privilege of being at the Parma game. So often discussed and rightly so for the atmosphere. A star studded Parma side simply could not get the ball off Mols, Ferguson, Van Bronkhurst and Reyna. We were a joy to watch

I've had the pleasure of taking in a game at The Wirral Rangers Supports Club at Port Sunlight, thoroughly enjoyed it and the guys and girls were very welcoming 🙂

The Parma game. It was my first time in the Copeland (middle). Remember thinking, ‘they are substituting Ortega, this is perfect’. The pelters aimed at Buffon. He looked shellshocked. Great to hear you both talking Rangers.

Listening to this deeply saddens me Not for any other reason than these memory’s are my memory’s to and sad that our club was so strong and had an ingrained standard of aggression and belief compared to the ghost we are now Brilliant stories and memory’s Big jorg back to back old firms with 2 beauty’s rammed home v them

What a fine hamper, I personally can not listen to When the going gets tough without thinking about the opening of the 1988/89 season review video

I would love to come on as a guest Hoggy. Been watching Rangers since 1970 and think I have some great memories and stories of following Rangers.

Brought back memories when he was discussing rummaging through his uncle's old Rangers videos - that can be a dangerous game... I can remember being a child and my auntie babysitting me. I found a hidden VHS with "Rangers video" written on it's label and asked if I could watch it. She agreed. About 2 seconds after pressing play, my aunt was scrambling to turn it off. She threw herself in front of the telly like a war hero on a bomb. Never did get to find out what match was on the video, but judging by the sounds coming out the telly, the "fans" seemed to be ecstatic! 100% true story.

Watching the Parma players warm up the night we beat them in 99 and also the season before you could see their level of passing and technical ability. The atmosphere clearly rattled them as they were overhitting passes and flapping under pressure a lot of the night We were superb. Castor got a bad rap due to some clearly unforeseen growth issues due to our demand on their supply chain so a number of teething issues early on but agree that the majority of their stuff is very good quality. The Garcia hoody is outstanding. As an FYI The Scouts start each meeting pledging allegiance to the monarch and finish up by saluting the Union Jack, so very staunch indeed. Thanks guys 😊
