Re Nick Walsh, the chat has obvs been around the sending off. I may be reflecting through blue tinted specs, but it does seem to me that a lot of 50:50 decisions throughout the match went for Dundee Utd. I had the feeling for the WHOLE MATCH that he wanted to give decisions against Rangers and the sending off was just the Cherry on top. The whole match was a shambles of a performance IMHO

The Sky commentators really wound me up on Sunday with the Diomande decision. Was it Sean Dillon who also stood by Sutton’s analysis? Anyway, I think David has broken down the flawed analysis, thanks man I’ve not gone mad just yet :-)

John Palmer

Yeah, Dillon was backing Sutton's obvious wind up saying it was a straight Red. Both are Clowns and do nothing but continue to make our Game look Weak with Weak Punditry.

Gordon McCool

I love that you change the names round in the title. 😂

Not sure I agree with David regarding referees. Nick Walsh was referee last week in the Europa league. That is a major European Competition.

Enjoy these in depth discussions. Re refs, it is a very shallow pool to pick from. If you go to junior football and see the horrendous abuse young refs can receive for their £60 match fee, it is no wonder the attrition rate is so high. Also, the shambles this weekend surely puts to bed whether VAR should stay. Without it, it would have been swept under the carpet.

Went off on a weird tangent with the Lorraine Kelly attractiveness chat there

Ex-wife, when we were still married, had Kevin Thompson and someone called Wentworth Miller on her list of people to shag. She wasn't happy with my list: her sister and wee Linda next door

100% agree Refs need to go full time even for the fact that a bad decision could knock a team out of Europe that costs the club Millions....as for reacting to posts when we get the clown that goes against everyone else its fun and I can read it and then ignore it..but when one of our fans do answer and get upset I react to tell them not to reply to these posts...then I walk around kicking myself because thats gave the idiot more fun....but so hard not to support a fellow fan....🤣 a no win situation....great pod guys esp the Sky coverage ..I ignore them too.

The abuse they suffer in the juniors etc also puts to bed any claims that they're 'scared' to take decisions imo. I think the explanation is more down to unconscious bias. We live in a society where the values held by those of influence are the antithesis of those associated with Rangers. Those of influence colour the perception and wider disposition of people towards Rangers. That subconsciously affects decision making.

Good discussion, and reminder to all of us, about clickbait media, including Sky Sports in Scotland. Dont support media outlets who dont give a shit about our institution. Give them nothing, no fucks, no clicks.
