Another great night, massive kudos to Clement

Billy Forrester

Fabulous night at Ibrox, so proud of them, we are some team in Europe. Massive credit to Dessers tonight, he was brilliant and credit to the manager, they have both taken so much stick but they deserve so much credit tonight.

John Smith

Nice are a nice team aren’t they ? We batter them at their own ground and even though they’re already out, they do us a solid and help us get through. Cheers chaps 🇫🇷 🍻

Marc Stewart

We. REALLY need to have a conversation about Jack Butland now.

U will be called a negative so and so if u do, i already have but fans talk about the performances of their teams players and ur right about him. That goal put us right under it and we got a bit lucky it didnt go tits up and the 5 million went bye bye.

David Innes

Dessers was superb tonight - he’s going nowhere

Blue Ninja

Imagine what were going to do with real defenders!

SC81

Well done to Clement and the team. That's the best I've seen Dessers in a Rangers shirt.

Scott Stewart

Igamane has exceptional talent with skys the limit potential! Only criticism is his decesion making could be better at times. He way better central for me and more effective, although rangers coaches should still encourage him to try things as that’s what makes him special. The lads got some ability, just needs polished

Alan Ferguson

He has turned into a bang average keeper at best this season. He was howling last night….early in 2nd half he runs out way too late, into no man’s land and Tav bailed him out. As for the goal, the guy was barely inside our box and looped that header over him. Well done the rest of the team!

Craig Scott

The europa league has been great for us but you have to wonder how we would have done in champions league I don’t think we would have done as well

Stephen

🎵He’s Paul N-si-o. He’s Paul N-si-o🎵 I like it , Colin😂

Martin Boyd

Great result/s last night so chuffed especially for Dessers , motm by a mile. Cannot believe you are praising Igamane , hopefully no scouts were at the game as he was rotten. The number of moves which broke down because he was lazy in possession or took the wrong option. McCoist was pulling his hair out about him.

Colin Gardner

Ive been one of Dessers harshest critics but I'm delighted he has rammed that criticism down my throat. That is exactly the player I, and probably everyone thought we were getting. An outstanding performance last night from him along with the Captain. An incredible achievement to reach the top 8 out that group. There are still a few things the team can do better but that's for another time. Absolutely buzzing!! Bring on any c#@£!!

Colin Gardner

I think it is but let's celebrate the achievement as a team. He has done his part getting us here.

Scott Watson

Could Tav at centre back be a thing? Remember Gio tried it very briefly against Dundee United but bailed out quickly because they kept two up I thought at the time the logic was sound - for 90% of our games we're not doing much defending We don't have defenders who are massively physical or aerially dominant, so we're not losing on that front by putting him in there, but we get to keep his dead ball and passing strengths in the team Don't think I would want to line up at Parkhead like that (although Old Trafford maybe goes against this) but for most of our domestic games, I wonder if its an experiment worth trying

Scott Watson

100% There will not be many teams in the champions league with bigger budgets than Man U and spurs or even lyon

Craig Mitchell

Crossed my mind last night. Imagine he moved in there, tuned his game up to play there and had another 5 years with us!

Doogz

Hopefully by the time the last 16 comes around we have a healthier team, a fit Souttar and Balogun, Hagi and Danilo firing, but Butland somehow needs to clear his head and get back showing the form he did when he first signed, he seems to have a howler in every game he plays just now, that cannot continue

Scott Tolmie

Well done to big Cyril, thot he was brilliant, our injuries are worse under this regime than the last. Outstanding achievement.

Jim Milne

Honestly I hope it's not a thing. Needs must and he was admirable last night but we need CBs that can header the ball and he can't.

Jamiedinho

We need to get rid of Butland, every game now he's a liability

Billy Forrester

Me too, rather keep Dessers than Danilo. He simply cannot stay fit and doesn’t really set the world alight when he does play

Billy Forrester

Delighted for Dessers, he has had some amount of abuse and yet still keeps coming back and producing, say what u like about his ability which at times is erratic but he has some character and determination, give me a Dessers over Danilo any day as he is always available and never hides, rarely injured either. Maybe playing him in a 2 up top is the magic answer

Rose Mcloughlin

Great pod guys...nice to relax after a win but I was exhausted tried to concentrate on the game but clicking on to the table..then on to the other teams games praying for the final whistle to go in each match....who needs to go to a gym..just be a Rangers fan 🤣...cardioligy tests are a normal.

Scott Watson

Sorry Billy, wasn't trying to burst your blood pressure 😁 I think we'd all love CBs that are great in the air - but we don't have any. Balogun is solid but rarely available, Souttar is good when he's good, right up until he isn't. Is Tav any worse in the air than the others? Don't think I see much difference Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I'm putting my mortgage on it working well, especially in games where we'll be under the cosh - I'm just curious if there might be a place to try it in our more routine games

Liam Johnson

Nico Raskin was hands down the MOTM

Kev Armstrong

The issue of course is it would be easier to sell CD as he’s fit and playing well, who is buying Danilo.

Scott Tolmie

Completely agree, nobody would touch Danilo, he's constantly injured and the worst part, he's not very good

Nikky Cairney

Great result in the end. A brilliant achievement to make the top 8 so well done to the team and manager. However the way we play lacks so much control. We are wide open constantly when at 2-0 Clement has to change things. Maybe take off Bajrami and bring in Rice and go flat 3 in midfield. Just keep the ball for a few passes instead of going direct and losing the ball so often!
