Sadly, I think we will be ‘doing well’ if we keep it below 0-3 …

Delgers

Think this might be the hardest of the lot(including the route to Seville)

John Smith

Great to hear you Alex

Douglas Innes

great listen as per usual , not sure making more changes than we have to is the way to go and i feel Butland and Dessers will retain their starting berths , are people really thinking Bilbao are better than Dortmund or Leipzig one a Champion league finalist and the other a Champions League semi finalist within 2 years after playing us or before playing us in Leipzigs case and yes weve probably changed more in the time preceding our Leipzig ties , some great insights and it will take a Parkhead type performance to get a favourable result on Thursday , the players have shown they are capable

Refreshing podcast. Thanks Alex!

Jesus Alex, gonnae park the woe is me ?

Fantastic analysis again men. I'm a bit more optimistic after listening to that. It would be nice if our lot could at least stay in the tie for the return that's where I think we will do them.

Don’t think Barry has any credit in the bank in fairness. Every domestic game, bar one, has been a total mess. Only Fenerbache away has seen us perform well over 90 minutes. The rest has been pretty awful.

Gregg McKee

Great point raised about if this takeover wasn’t in the winds then the place would be the worst it’s ever been. But let’s park that, European quarter final tomorrow in the sun. Bring the noise and intae them.

Chris Wight

Nice to hear some new, original, insights from Adam! A welcome addition to the pod this week 👏🏻

Alan Duncan

Welcome back Alex. Great pod boys.

John Davidson

Great to have you back Alex. A good counter to to the relentless misery.

Alex

Harrigans analysis is absolutely first class as usual. Thanks guys

Alan

Great to have Alex back. Brilliant pod made even better with Adam too.

I’m currently in Thailand and need to find a way to watch the game later tonight, can you pay for a one off game on RTV? No point in subscribing as I’ll happily miss out on the domestic games til I’m home😂

Brilliant pod. It’s a relief to hear I’m not alone in feeling zero affinity for Ferguson—either as a manager or a person. The double standards are staggering. Clement was hammered for not giving youth a chance, yet Ferguson has leaned even harder on the old guard. He’s had a run of dead rubbers—perfect for blooding the next generation—but instead he’s made it all about himself, treating this interim stint like a personal audition. Clement was slated for telling us what we saw wasn’t what we saw. Barry does the exact same—claiming comebacks wouldn’t have happened without him, taking credit when things go right, and tossing the players under the bus when they don’t. And let’s be honest, the players have been the same under both. Decent without the ball, clueless with it—especially against poor sides. When Clement couldn’t get a tune out of them, it was all his fault. When Barry can’t? “Ach, that’s just how they are.”

My favourite pod, great to hear everyone’s views and agree on Alex views in BF

Welcome back Alex. 8 mins in before referencing getting abuse 😆 Great pod and Steven absolutely excellent as usual in his analysis. Here's to another special Euro night. But agree on Bilbao being strongest team left.

Spot on Stevie about trying to lump the blame onto Ferguson for the shambles Clement left. Seems everyone needs afforded time for change but not Ferguson. It's a wild time to be expecting consistent decent return from this squad of garbage I'm afraid.

Barry's media mouth pieces (Boyd, Jackson etc al) have spent all season telling us how simple it was to sort. All the players needed was a boot up the arse and a new formation. Talk is cheap...

We are shipping goals for fun and we weren't doing that before he came in, isn't it reasonable to question why?

They all said it was simple to sort? I must have missed that all mate.

Great show as always gents. Positively moist at mr Staff being back. Good to hear his dulcet tones. Can only mean a positive result for the bears tonight!
