Not for me, plays passing style football!!! Same as we have been trying for years and at present don’t have true players that can play that game successfully!!’

I've gone for neutral. This is the first time we'll have a head coach, and it's going to mean the team's playing style will not be their choice, nor purchases, nor when players are sold. Pretty much everything is going to be done for him apart from the actual implementation. So he might have some beliefs and philosophy of how the game is to be played, but he won't be allowed to implement it if it doesn't fit in with the expected playing style and the players that have been purchased for that style by the Technical Director/DOF. Call that damage limitation or whatever you like, but in the event of some choices being taken away from him, it could be that he's not going to be as bad as many seem to think. Only time will be the teller though!
