Sorry to hear about Adam, hope he gets back upright soon. I'm a card carrying member of the lower back and hip pain club too. Given I'm early forties then, all going well, there is just another 40+ years of living like this too.

Always a great listen David and Todd. Regarding the pain meds, as someone who was on opioids for 1 year waiting for back surgery (I'm aboard), it boggles my mind that Scotland doesn't prescribe meds that strength for people in chronic pain. The flip side being is that doctor's over here would orewice 100+ oxycodone for a tooth removal, it was completely mismanaged. PS. David I'm coming back to Scotland soon if you need a "drug run" for some more Extra Strength Tylenol. 😂
