He does. It’s different to Gerrard, he’s very likeable and calm but authoritative. You can see why players want to play for him.

I can’t compare to previous as I didn’t see it to the same level. All I can say is it did look very serious and focused to my untrained eye. Laugh and jokes after but when they were working, they were working.
