After a much improved performance midweek Rangers prepare to take on Dundee in the first home league game of the season.

The Dens side have a new manager which has left some all shook up.

Let's hope this weekends fixture has a little less conversation and a little more action please.

I’ve been in Australia for the last 18 years, was joined last minute be my 11 yo daughter on a flying visit to Scotland. Got offered two tickets for today and she (to my surprise ) wanted to go. Couldn’t get to sleep last night and been up for 3 hours already. Absolutely buzzing.

Thank you gentlemen, really enjoyed this Really interesting discussion on CD9. I really thought he'd have been sold by now and we wouldn't still be talking about him. Glad to hear Stevie mention the run he made for the 3rd goal - doesn't go down in the stats anywhere but he had a hand in all 3 goals I've defended him more than most but I went into the summer keen to sell given his age and stage. Now I'm not sure. You don't need to make a profit on absolutely everyone, and if Martin thinks he'll fit his plans nicely, I could see a logic in that. I also wouldn't be at all concerned about him slacking as his contract runs down Souttar I would still like to move out. Ignoring the season he made his debut as a 16 year old, he's played 13 seasons and made 30 league appearances only once (31 in 16/17). I just don't think you can build a team with a guy who will almost certainly miss a chunk of every season, definitely not as a first pick
