After Clements failure I have just been overly numb towards our club, I got a wee boost from Barry's appointment but that was short lived & was mostly from Nostalgia.......i just have a "MEH" attitude about the club now & cant get excited for the games or players anymore. My love for this club has been almost been hammered into submission over the past 3 or 4 years of a very few highs drowned out by a lot of lows! Maybe the lack of love & enthusiasm is more of an internal defence mechanism to save my heart from being broken time & time again. I have been alarmed & concerened by the Russel Martin appointment from the very first rumour & he has a big job to convince me otherwise......the fact he defended Dowell to the hilt during his post match presser today only drives home my doubt! FFS is it so much to ask that our club get it right 😭

Oh James. I think it’s going to be another tough year on the old CE pod.
