Interregnum 👏🏼👏🏼 that’s why we’re here for the daily update, you don’t get that on the Rangers Review 😁

Graham Jones

I think people are getting carried away with Beale’s period at the club, and maybe not wanting to remember the details well enough. He’s become a figure to flog and blame everything on. The truth is that it was the clubs job to have someone there to guide him in the players he wanted in the transfer market, and for them to negotiate contracts as well. They left him to it and he made mistakes, which anyone with half a brain could’ve told them would be a disaster. Maybe next time make sure there’s a director of football or a proper CEO in place who is there to help with contracts. It’s a bit too easy for people to use him as a flogging horse for all that went wrong over the past two years, but there was a lot else wrong at the club during that time, and it has nothing to do with him. I have no idea how Rangers managers put up with the media today, especially with fan media adding to the pressures they face. It’s one thing Scottish journos or Europeans asking them questions after a game, but now they have fans int he room, waiting to pounce on the first thing he says they don’t like. Walter wouldn’t have put up with any of the crap, and he would’ve told the club to get someone to don the recruitment for him, because he wasn’t a business negotiator, he was a football manager.
