Martin is a Lidl Guardiola, without the deeper tactical knowledge, intelligence, flexibility, budget or players. I genuinely think the guy is a fraud and the club has been sucked in by the way he impressively presents himself. There is deeper concern at what the appointment says about Thelwell and the board for believing that he was the man. I don’t think the next couple of of weeks are going to be fun, but no doubt it’ll be our impatience that is highlighted by the manager and club as being the problem. Unlike you David, I don’t think results will cost him. I fear that were in this for the long haul in a skewed belief that culture and transformational change permits what is going on on the pitch. I deeply hope I’m way off the mark here. Would love nothing more than to be wrong.

If Leeds want Raskin then it gets really complicated. If we were to sell him them and some support weren’t happy with the fee then it would be picked up and run with by the msm. Trust me, unless they can pay over the score for him then it just wouldn’t go down well with a lot of people. I’m pleased you feel that we won’t be stitched up in these situations, but I’m not convinced. If these clowns don’t stop it with the banners, the pyros and the outlawed chanting then we are all going to be sitting at home watching the team play in Europe. It’s time the club send people in there with cameras and they identify who they are or the club will be in trouble and we all pay the price. I haven’t been looking forward to the international break ending because I’m not convinced Martin has learned anything in the time off. He’ll keep on trying to do the same thing, and I expect the same result to occur. He needs to understand that it’s not working. It’s the fact we need to wait till we’ve fallen further behind before the board realise they have to act. How much failure does it take to shift the Rangers board exactly?
