Only a couple of realistic reasons I can fathom why he’s not been sacked: 1 - We are in the process of identifying and hiring a replacement and the club wants to wait until this is at an advanced stage before pulling the trigger 2 - There’s a ridiculous severance clause in Martin’s contract Other than that, it’s just horrendous management from the owners not to be taking action here. Thelwell and Martin have impacted their credibility, and the owners should be absolutely unforgiving
