The news of Dyche's is out of the running for me was excellent news personally, I have never been fully convinced by his approach, and it seems that many others share this view. I'm particularly optimistic about the possibility of SG's return. His familiarity with our club and his impressive track record make him an excellent candidate to lead us into a successful future. While there are concerns regarding potential backroom issues with Thelwell, my enthusiasm for SG's potential involvement remains strong. Additionally, we should consider the other skilled managers currently available, even if some may be hesitant to join us. It’s essential that we actively explore our options to uncover the best possible paths for our club's future. Joachim Löw brings an impressive managerial win ratio of 58.59% across club and national levels, while Marco Rose has achieved a significant 56.8% during his time with RB Salzburg, RB Leipzig, and Borussia Mönchengladbach. Although Kevin Muscat has a win ratio of 51.6%, his potential cost may outweigh the benefits at this time. Furthermore, it's important to acknowledge how some managers have been treated. With the exception of the Beale situation—watching from the stands while GVB was under pressure—was certainly concerning. Clement faced a challenging environment, but we shouldn't overlook the positive impact he had in generating revenues through players like Igamane and Jefte. He has a history of success at other clubs, and it would have been intriguing to see how he could have excelled with our team, particularly if he had received the necessary support and resources. By encouraging a more constructive dialogue and fostering a supportive atmosphere, we can pave the way for a brighter future.

Stewart needs to go next. He is the main problem at the club imo.
