Steven Gerrard will not be returning as manager after deciding that the timing isn’t right and withdrawing from the process according to reports.

Given the circumstances it would be good to hear from either party why he decided against it.

Why would anyone accept a job contract without agreeing it 100% . The narrative over the last few days everywhere was the deal is close!!!! A formal job offer can’t be given until all is agreed therefore there was nothing for SG to knock back in that respect hence he’s withdrawn from process. I don’t see anything wrong with his actions most would do the same!!!
