I suspect the next outgoing at Rangers will be Stewart. Will probably announce in January that he will leave in the summer saying his remit was to ensure the takeover happened and that he’s proud to have secured the ongoing future for Rangers (assuming Rohl has the team moving in the right direction by then). Thelwell will get the January transfer window and any new incoming CEO will have the remit to clear the decks as they see fit.

I just don’t buy that the result changed their minds and here we are announcing Rohl. That’s to neat and convenient. Two times the interview process broke down when Stewart and Thelwell entered the room. That’s a pattern and we need to acknowledge these two are simply refusing to give up their power base. They seem to have too much power from what I can see. Incidentally, I have no idea why the Leeds Chairman is sitting in on the appointment of our club, or how anyone thinks it’s okay for him to be on our board as vice- chairman. I’ve never been right with this all along. Now we have the head scout working from Norwich. Is there anything else we need to know about this set up before we proceed? I’m finding it difficult to recognise my club in all of this. This is not how Rangers should be operating. The real problem is that trust has evaporated with Stewart and Thelwell. We simply don’t believe a word that comes from them anymore.
