No no no for me anyway diallo hasn’t been forgiven for not squaring it to sakala when we are 1 each at Dundee united. It was selfish and cost us 2 points and he’s not our player and won’t be our player I’d rather see Lowry

Scott Watson

Arfield took the wrong option in the first half of that game - tried to pass to Morelos when taking the shot would was the better decision. There were plenty of other examples of players not making the best choice in the final third - as there always are in games. Diallo seems to be the only one that got (and is still getting) slaughtered for it

Good show, thanks guys Thought you both made excellent points on the decisions. It really says a lot about where we are with officiating in Scotland when we have a reflex to call it "lucky" when we get four correct decisions. Think the linesmen also deserve a lot of credit - they got them all right in the first instance Having said that, I did think Kent's second penalty shout was as valid as the one that Jack conceded. Pulling a player's arm with no intent to play the ball is a foul whether it's a slight tug or dislocates their shoulder as far as my, very limited, understanding of the rules goes. Would be very happy to be educated further by any of our qualified refs. Every day is a school day 😀 Very happy to hear you cover how the team and management also deserve lots of credit for identifying, preparing and executing an offside trap which although very uncomfortable, again, was performed correctly every time. It was a bit of a masterclass in turning one of an opponent's strengths against them that probably went a little bit underappreciated during the game because of the immediate drama and anxiety and then that temptation to give luck the credit

At start of 2nd half it seemed like a diamond in midfield with Kamara at the head of it.

Of course the reaction is going to be more extreme when it’s 5mins to go in a game and it’s an important game we dropped points in. Very fair point about arfield not passing to morelos and I was raging at the time and had it cost us I’d still be raging but arfield has a lot more credit in the bank than diallo. I’m not saying it’s logical but it’s still raw emotionally and he’s not had the chance to make up for it, good possibility if he plays that he will make up for it but yeah still can’t help feel a bit angry at that.

I also don’t know if he’s lost the trust of the manager because of that or he’s not played because as you say he’s been carrying an injury

Tamus

He's not ours, developing him serves up no purpose what so ever. Especially when we have a cracking set of 20 year olds of our own. And its not one mistake, he completely shat the bed vs the Jungles

Andy Sladen

Might see you over in Belgrade Andy!
