Didn't know Iwelumo was "wan a them," but I did know he's from Coatbridge so not sure why that surprised me. Must be because he always seemed a good lad.

Was at the b team game what I took from it is we have 5 or 6 players who could ether become 1st team players or good squad additions eventually like you david instead of wasting money on squad fillers.

William Alston

Foster on sportscene also said it wasn't a red card because the Dundee player wasn't denying a goal scoring opportunity, nobody corrected him to say no attempt at the ball. that's the national broadcaster level of pundit, unbelievable

For me the only 1 that stood out like a sore thumb was Lowry….I’m not deliberately being harsh on boys like Weston or McCann but they don’t give me that feeling when I see them play the way Lowry does…I remember guys like Peter McDonald and Steven Boyack tearing up the reserves back in the late 90s early 00s but never ever thought they were special enough to make it…with Lowry I feel different,I literally couldn’t take my eyes off him on Saturday and I genuinely think he offers something that nobody in that first team does….am I getting too carried away???

Graham Roy

Foster doesn’t even know what day of the week it is so him not knowing the rules doesn’t surprise me!

John McMillan

Agreed Gary - Some of the defence-splitting passes from Lowry were class. I think we defo lack that in the first team, especially since Hagi's been out.

Gary Shaw

Aye,definitely one of them but I’ve always thought of him as a decent football guy…And always felt a bit sorry for him after that sitter for Scotland that almost single-handedly ended his career 🤣🤣

Gary Shaw

If you have seen some of my past posts re Hagi you will know I’m not a fan ,John😂….I think he’s everything that Hagi is not, awareness, touch and glides across the park almost majestic like

Gary Shaw

Spot on,David…..there’s only a select few Rangers players in my time following the Club that have gave me that feeling in my stomach…some of the passes in behind their fullbacks on Saturday reminded me of the ones that Laudrup would do for Robertson/Cleland 😀

Graham McCallum

The 70s-80s songbook needs to be put to bed

Gary Shaw

I don’t know if anyone noticed this on Saturday, but when Lowry went down injured the crowd went eerily silent which is a rarity for seasoned players never mind a young boy in a reserve game with a handful of first team minutes…

David can you ask Stewart Robertson why he can’t tell Celtic to get their fans in an hour earlier before KO at Ibrox in the next game ? So there would be no need for the mobile barrier that restricts thousands of fans from getting about the stadium safely and to top it off we pay for Albion carp park ticket and have been refused entry three times this season alone . It’s getting really tight with all the fans being made to all go round the one way we are in the Govan rear even coming down the stairs to ground level from our seat alone is getting scary .I am sure it’s a concern for a lot of fans ! people were tripping over each other just at the part of the ground where they are constructing the new build it’s not the same space it used to be with the Herros fence .it’ practically a Health and safety issue now and nobody will get back to us from Ibrox ever unless it’s about tickets .

Tess

It's pronounced 'kell-owner', a mate of mine emigrated out there about 12 years ago.

Tom McDavid

Sitting in Radisson Blu in Bloomsbury just now. Never mind the hotel prices, it’s just as well you don’t drink anymore 😂🍺

Gary Shaw

I’m in London on Friday aswell David but don’t worry,I’ll not come over and talk to you if I see you 😀

Robin Wemyss

Born in coatbridge but moved to Kilmaurs. Played in same side for years and still good friends. He's a cracking big lad.

Liam Johnson

He glides across the pitch, goes past people with ease (no need for multiple step overs or fancy tricks) just passes the ball into the net. Reminds me of Gazza dare i say it (been getting slaughtered off my mates for saying this. “Reminds” me being the word before anyone starts 😂

Liam Johnson

There was a bad crush at the back of the Copland at the first Aberdeen game of the season due to these barriers. Emailed the club and the SLO. Still waiting on a reply

Richie

Interesting fact Kelonwa is a city on Okanagan Lake which has it's very own version of the Loch Ness Monster; the Ogopogo is a lake monster said to inhabit Okanagan Lake

Gary Shaw

Probably moves more elegantly than Gascoigne did to be fair…I can’t quite put my finger on who he reminds me of but I’m liking what I see in any case…I kinda get Grealish vibes sometimes from him.

Kenny Morrison

Police or not if the guy in charge of 50.000 fans safety won’t listen or even take notice he is not fit for his job £400 grand a year to sit on his hands there is no need to shuttle all those fans all around the stadium to Accommodate 800 fans ..Even announcing that he was letting the Celtic fans back in then Celtic come back and say no we will be the ones to decide if we want to go back ? so obviously he out of touch and to busy trying to please them .
