Happy Easter to all!

In the second of a two-parter, Hoggy is joined again by Tess and Andy to chew the fat on the rest of the season, the Celtic Old Firm Scottish Cup semi final later today (eeek, I said "Old Firm"!) and everything in between.  They also give you a peek into their Old Firm preparations in Tel Aviv and Derby.

Kind of agree with most of the comments about GVB . In my opinion he needs to learn about the league. The league he played in up here is very different to the current one , same goes got the background staff . My hope is once he learns about the weird world of Scottish football he'll go from strength to strength

Great pod guys, thanks. Always enjoy listening to your views. The 'mentality' question raised by Dave C, I think you guys have got it spot on. However I've seen we've shown exactly the same failings as a support. Since getting back to the top flight and despite the initial failure that was, we didn't learn and made the same mistakes while progressing under Gerrard and now again this season having actually got back to the top. Only a goal up and instead of roaring the team on to score another the panic & moaning gets louder & more intense and transfers directly to the players - it does negatively effect them, panicking decision-making & actions. It has cost points, so WE as a support have cost us points! Andy's "Fair enough, we've lost a goal, let's go up & score 2, we're Rangers!" is EXACTLY the attitude the support NEED to have. GvB - top summary guys. Agree 100% Andy & Tess, not quite 100% with Hoggy, the individual errors costing us almost all of those points are practically impossible for a manager to affect. Our season has been plagued by individual errors costing us numerous points. Our talisman manager and inspiration for the last few years walked out on us. We lost our beloved Sir Walter. Opponents not only had the usual extra incentive of playing The Rangers but us as league Champions and even more so us as undefeated 'Relentle55' record breaking Champions. A fair bit of extra to add into the mix and effect our season! Rebuild including the young Gers from pre-season. The world follows the youth template set up initially by the Dutch, principally Ajax, system. I'd reckon Dave Vos has some relevant experience.

Great pod again guys and as always a key part of my weekend Tess - I travel up on the Harrogate True Blues bus. Just thinking if you wanted to cut out some of your driving time we pick up at Penrith and Carlisle. Just a thought if you ever fancy it!!
