FAO Those experiencing login problems (Patreon)

There seems to be an issue with some Patrons who have expired cards accessing content despite signing back up. We have made today's shows free until this is sorted.

Since the last Patreon update it’s been fucked. Doesn’t update feed unless you completely shutdown the program (swipe up on iPhone) and shows some programmes as only running for 20 mins or so when in fact they run for 3 times as much, which is causing issues when you pause it. Needs updated to fix the glitch.

My bill has been processed fine but the message reads that you haven’t posted ! Can get all the posts through Apple easy enough just have to click on the link in email ( this is also the case for Jack and Colin’s private venture )

I had this. Just updated my card details and everything seemed to work again. I just wish patroen would notified when the payment failed since I was sitting around waiting for the post match update on Sunday.

I’ve ended up paying 3 times in the last few days because it was saying my membership had expired and I wasn’t sure of dates, not sure how to sort it that I don’t pay £3.50 x3 every month 😂

I’m still getting the shows to listen to ok luckily, but they’re showing as half or a 3rd of the time they’re supposed to be on for & doesn’t now let you delete any shows you’ve saved

My card has been same one for ages and doesn’t expire yet for over a year. It’s since I ran the iOS and Patreon updates nothing shows in feed on Patreon App. I Tweeted their Support page on Twitter who responded to say it’s a known issue and they’re trying to resolve it. In meantime I’m accessing the shows via my browser on phone or laptop
