Hoggy rejoins Alan this week to continue sharing his experiences of following the Gers and non football dimensions. The initial plan was to run through a set agenda of topics. As usual when they both got together it turned into an enjoyable chat with more “top of the head spontaneous conversation”.

The guys discuss, amongst other things:

- Favourite players, goals and away grounds

- Modern day “heroes” within the current Rangers squad

The amazing European journey, what it meant to our supporters and more specifically, to Ian and the Hogg family

- An amazing and highly enjoyable experience in Seville, penalty disappointment and shambolic unsafe stadium aside

- Extensive worldwide work commitments for the year ahead, hopefully with occasional opportunity for Ian to watch football across the globe.

Brilliant double pod Alan well done . You have wasted3 hours of my day today because I missed the first one

Alistair Simpson

Excellent as always 👌. Love listening to both of you, always makes for great listening. Even hearing the John McClelland story for the 10th time 😂

Alan Bradley

Nice one John. Think of it more a case of “ Time well spent during the close season” 😂

Alan Bradley

Thanks a bunch Alistair, he’s definitely going to go for number 11 in part 3 now. 😡

Alan Stewart

Excellent pod lads. Bloody hell Hoggy, you get about with your work do you not? The furthest I go is my office in North Street, Bathgate 😉🤣

1. How bad were those hot dogs in Seville!? They were raw! Me and my mate threw the sausages on the floor and ate two rolls n red sauce! 2. My mate Darren would rival you for the drunkest man in Spain the night before the final. I had to put him to his bed as he was sleeping in the pub. He woke up in the morning with no passport, no wallet and no phone. Luckily it was other Rangers fans who found these items and knew him, so managed to get them back to him. A lucky, lucky boy😂

Alan Bradley

2. Definitely a lucky boy, take it he’s now known as Darren Dehydration? 😉
