This time last year our first choice right and left backs were Tav and Borna, with Nathan and Calvin as back up. Today, Tav and Borna are still there, while the "back ups" have gone for around £40 million. Not bad business 😀

Got to say a big part of me accessing Heart and hand is for the class that is evident in relation to understanding the vulnerability of people. I have met David once, a bit worse for wear at a an event in the louden, I woke up paranoid of of being a tit. I’m a former fitness fanatic who has become a dad later in life, I can’t find the frequency to do the healthy things in my life . Anyway, I emailed to apologise if I was in any way irrupting, David assured me that I was good as gold. Very supportive. That’s the danger of alcohol , I’m natural reserved other than at the game, alcohol provides momentary exhibitionism in me. I rarely drink in excess, unless an occasion permits it . Anyway the point I make is that the content of Rangers history past and present is the best a fan could ever wish for . So is the humanity and humble sentiment for people , which chimes through everything . For this I thank David and all the plodders . On holiday in the sun listening to the pod . We are the People!

David - so well done on your journey! Particularly impressive when you are probably surrounded by temptation in venues and general hospitality for example! So very easily tempted - an illness indeed - in my opinion! I know I might be in the minority here (no doubt deluded or crazy - I call it Ambitious!) but I genuinely believe we had a chance to sell Bassey for crazy money! Man Utd have just bought a 5ft 9in centre half with same number of international caps as Bassey! He was bought for 57m. I know it is only been 1 year but we had a once in a life time chance to sell the best / most exciting defensive talent in UK / Europe for crazy cash! Get a bidding frenzy going and you sell for double! Ross Wilson doesn’t have the experience or gravitas to get the best bang for buck! Airbo sold on the cheap - as was Bassey (Man of the match Europa League Final)! Rant over! My concern is we spend money on replacements like Ben Davies - decent but couldn’t lace Bassey’s boots! Too much high fiving going on about the money made! Just look at the lack of intensity shown from the back during the Black pool game! FFS Rangers - please get new Edmiston House built; get proper catering and reasonable cost family hospitality options delivered; get castore to embroider the club crest on every product instead of transfer!

Amazing David well done-I admire your honesty and humility. I’ve just passed my 2nd birthday and people like you give me a lot of inspiration. The hardest part for me has been establishing a new relationship with Rangers that does not involve alcohol. I remember applying on the UEFA ballot for the EL Final tickets thinking there is no way I could go out there and remain in sobriety but I done it. As devastated as I was about the result I left Seville as proud and confident that I could tackle anything without the crutch of alcohol. The H&H community is more than a Podcast, if there are others listening who are struggling please reach out. God Bless.
