Get better soon. Message to you and rangers tbh 😔

I think we were lucky not to lose a penalty, justified in getting one, cheated on the first red card and can’t have any complaints about the second red. Alfie, shite refereeing and a poor display cost us..not just Collum.

Graham Jones

The first red is a joke, and while it should be overturned on appeal we have we have to remember who we’re dealing with on that. So don’t hold your breath. I think it’s going to be one of those seasons again, and we’re still going to be cheated out of points even with the aid of VAR. Being generous, it’s complete incompetence, so the club will need to make a thing of this or it’ll happen again. Alfie gives the referee the chance to send him off, but it only happens to him. . If we’re sending people off for those challenges then Scottish football is in a darker place than I initially thought.

Alan Cowan

GVB is now stamping his personality on this team, boring, predictable and careful Football for insomnia. Struggling to say anything positive about today's performance even taking into account the Rat that is Collum

CRAIG CASSELLS

That horrible, insipid first half, played with the intensity of a pre season friendly, almost had me nodding of. Pace, drive and intensity are all but missing from our style of play and without them I worry just how Gio can survive, because if we carry on playing as we did today, defeats on the road to SPFL jobbers will happen again. With Celtic, Hearts and Aberdeen away in the next 5 weeks I'm getting worried.

David

Willie collum is a cheat, no two ways about it. But the football that Gio has us playing is absolutely brutal to watch. It has been a struggle to watch since game one of pre season v Sunderland. Side to side, slow, out to the wing and up to the 18 yard box then back to a full back then back to a center back and then repeat the whole thing. I can't see us winning the league under Gio. Actually, I heard on this show a feyenoord fan tell David, when we signed Gio, that they were all glad when Gio left because the football was brutal to watch. Now I know how they feel

Graeme Brown

I’d be interested to know what the podders on the flagship or daily update think about Gio’s comments (at least his comments on Sky Sports) after the game. I can’t help but think he should have gone after Collum with both barrels, pointing out his inconsistency during the game, and when refereeing Rangers in general. Other people on social media don’t see there being anything to be gained by Gio serving a touch line ban for criticising a referee. There’s an old saying; “If you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting what you’re getting”. IMHO things won’t change for Rangers until we start exerting pressure on referees by calling out appalling decisions as they come up.

How can he be a cheat when he didn’t give them a penalty? He’s just fucking terrible.

Heart and Hand

You’re right of course, when we remove emotion from it. But that does leave us with him being incompetent, absolutely. Either way he shouldn’t be getting PL matches.

Heart and Hand

It’s a tough one. We’ve done it in the past and it hasn’t helped. Equally I agree with your old saying! For me, I think we should question more.

Stuart

Thought Lundstram tackle was a yellow, same as hibs players tackle before him. Alfies is a red. Utter stupidity and cost us 2 points today. Collum is incompetent but we shot ourselves in the foot today.

Lynn Houston

Change the record domestically Gio, you’re killing us. Diabolical refereeing today. No reds for me His. Decisions. Cost. Us. Simple! Not one shot on target first half, till penalty, better choices may have led to more chances… then they’re not coming back no matter what unfolded later. Finish teams off = championship

Gary Shaw

Morelos’ is a red all day….you can’t slap a player on the face…most obvious rule in the book and he knew what he was doing…he’s let us down time and time again and it won’t be the last im afraid

Barry Drysdale

The league is out bread and butter but Gio sets the team to play so fekin slow and pedestrian. Everything is safe sideways and backwards. The lack of intensity in our game with no one able to play a killer pass through the lines makes it a grind watching us every single league game. As a team we are the polar opposite of the manks. They go after teams from the start and press the life out of them and generally have the game win at half time. Until our style changes our results and performance will remain the same

Grant McNeil

We really need this to be a line in the sand moment for Gio similar to Gerrard after the draw to Livi and for the hand break to come off. Far too much respect shown to teams domestically. Especially early on in the season we should be beginning to click into gear but we are playing at such a slow tempo. The tools seem to be at his disposal this season to be blowing teams away i just feel it needs a mentality switch and a ruthlessness in putting teams away.

Scott Tolmie

I always think a team represents a manager, for me Gio is dull and boring and his team are the exact same.

Robert Atkinson

Having calmed down and rewatched the various incidents. Hibs should have had a penalty, Lundstram shouldn’t have been sent off, but Alfie should have. Morelos is very emotionally immature, we really need to move him on now.
