After everyone in went in different directions for the PSV result, Steven is first to break from the pack into an early lead with 5/8 results predicted successfully this season so far Kev (St. Johnstone, 4-0) and Steven (Kilmarnock, 2-0) have both got one score bang on, with Kev's prediction odds of 9-1 making it the best call so far Alex continues to be the most realistic in terms of goals scored (19 predicted vs 16 scored) Meanwhile a certain guest has a miserable 0% results/scores/clean sheets record 😃

I enjoy listening to Steven. One of the best Rangers pundits out there and completely logical. I'd make this observation about domestic football. Rangers are built as a possession based European team. It's all about use of the ball. Celtic built a team to all out attack pish Scottish teams. The intention was and isn't to do well at the CL party or the Europa one. It's just to get there, generate revenue, and use that money to dominate the Scottish scene. A similar mindset and logic that revelled in us getting punted down the leagues. In the 90s we were similar but not so blatant.

Alex, I am the Patreon who can match your love for Glen Kamara. I was ridiculed for suggesting he had to start in Eindhoven. He’s superb.

Great pod re Alfie. I was always in the try to keep him camp. However as I listened today I thought would I want him working for me or in my company? The answer in that instance would be everyone can make a mistake but a second time and he would be off. So I would agree with Steven , time to go I’m afraid .

Greg

Everything the manager has said this week makes me think Alfie won't be going anywhere. It will annoy a fair few in our support and that's fine by me,

Agree with Alex - the squad is far too big - would be looking to move out at least 3 players before the end of the window. If we’d known at the start of the summer we were going to have champions league football I’m not sure if Arfield and Davis get new contracts, I’d be happy to keep Kamara but we have a ridiculous amount of centre mids and need to lose at least 1 before anyone else comes in.

Mark

We need Kamara for these CL games. Plus we have a mad run of league fixtures coming up. Given he renewed his contract I think it makes sense to keep him until at least January.

Bradley johnson

Agree with Steven regarding, he’s becoming our Leigh GriffIths unfortunately

Gary Shaw

Always been a massive fan of Kamara….it’s really strange situation though as I think he’s the easiest out of all our big hitters to replace but the only 1 that I think could got the highest level right now and not look out of place.

Gary Shaw

*go to the highest level*

The problem I have with Morelos is this. If he wants to play Champions League Football why wasn't he doing everything he could to help us get there? He's got a poor attitude with regards to the team. It's all about him. If we can get 5 million and sink that into a new striker. I'd go for it.

Scott Watson

Lunny and Cher 😂 Thank you very much gentlemen, superb pod Really enjoyed the different thoughts on Morelos, second(+) chances and where we go now. I really don't know which way I would go. I tend to agree that he's messed up too many times but I also feel like we enabled it to a certain extent by not cracking down in the way that van Bronckhorst has. I suspect that van Bronckhorst might view it as giving him one second chance from him but that'll be the only one he will offer With the cup game to follow I don't expect a huge amount of rotation and, as Steven said, the squad should be full of confidence and belief. Gio's authority is probably at the highest point it ever has been and combined with the high-scoring contests we had every time with County last season and them generally being leaky, I think this might just be the day that we cut loose domestically and get a 6-0
