Due to strain on police services, the match will be played Wed 14 Sept at 8pm. No away fans will be allowed. UEFA have decreed no away fans will be allowed at the return match in the interests of ‘sporting fairness’.

Refunds are available from club for those who can’t make the re-arranged kick-off.

without any instructions on how to get the refunds...... Well done Rangers

Jamie

Rangers seen the opportunity to charge 2500 tickets at £60pp rather than sticking up for our travelling support basically. The myth of police resources will be busted when 1500+ Napoli fans still travel and 1500+ Rangers fans still travel. The same police resources will be used and the only folk missing out will be the travelling support, who Rangers, have yet again shown distain for.

Rod

Clearly Rangers have not done this through choice. Come on mate, it's annoying but a bit of a unique situation.

Jamie

That’s a fair point, but I’m more annoyed at the lack of pissed off tone in their statement regarding those who have spend hundreds of £’s. It won’t affect them but it will affect the travelling support, which I think they see as an inconvenience.

Regarding the home game being moved. Why can't they just use seatsub and get the ground full.

Rona Bluebell

Surely many travelling fans will have significant outgoings already committed that aren’t refundable? Feel so sorry for them.

Rona Bluebell

Ooh always pursue a refund no matter what it says. You’re giving plenty of notice so they may be amenable.

I’ve been critical of the club in the past, and in particular in the last week, but I really do think any criticism of the club at this minute is probably undeserved. This is an unprecedented time. Nobody knows what might happen in the next week In the UK. I would imagine it is currently a security nightmare. There will be heads of state from all over the world heading to the UK. Granted to London, but reinforcements will need to be being brought in from all over to help cope I would think: There will be all sorts of mentalists looking to try something with so many “important” people in the one place at the one time. I understand peoples lives and arrangements are being impacted here, and I feel for those booked to go to Napoli, but this is history we are living through right now. It’s easy for me to say, as I’m not affected, and maybe also because I’ve been affected by a lot of deaths in the past few years, but I say, cut a bit of slack for everyone during this period. The refund process will be notified, the away end tickets will be sold to us for the game on Wednesday night and the world will again turn on its axis as normal eventually, but until it does, patience is the key. Im sorry if anyone thinks this sounds a bit condescending, I really don’t mean it to, but as I keep saying to the kids, this is an amazing time to be alive.

Is there a way to process the refund so the club can resell ticket
