We live in the 21st century I find it unfathomable that we can't simply stop the clock when the ball is out of play. I think it would be a big change but I think it'd be a change for the better imagine the hype as the clock ticked in to the dying moments of a tied game each team knowing exactly how long is left.

Mr Ritchie

Re stop clock, works well at pro rugby. Doesn't stop when the ball is simply out of play but if the ref signals it stops for the likes of injuries, VAR/TMO checks, speaking to players. 4th official should be able to manage switching a digital clock off and on without too much need for extra training. Time wasting is a separate issue that sits with refs having the bottle to use the powers available to them. On another point re VAR you can buy a "ref radio" at Murrayfield that lets you listen real time to the discussion between the ref and the TMO, can't see that ever being introduced in SPFL.

Not sure I'd be keen on letting scottish officials being in charge of a clock the way you reference about pro Rugby

I also had 6/6 last week and managed to scoop 186/1 as a result of it so thank god for a last gasp Man U winner! Nice to finally be in the top 10. Also, clock should be stopped in the event of any of the following: - Injuries - Substitutions - VAR checks - Penalty Kicks (Foul-Restart) - Other long stoppages (e.g. fan takes ill in the stands, fan(s) enter the field of play, etc) Assuming that free kicks and throw ins continue to waste time as normal this would balance out the time wasting and allow 90 minute games to be played whilst avoiding long periods of injury time.

Piers Morgan being your pal is admittedly a danger sign but he does like Jordan Peterson which I think is a good thing

Is there anywhere that we can see the full predictor league table?
