A bit confused, was McCann and Devine not already training with the 1st team?

Scott Duncan

Perfect choice of music for today!

Imo we definitely don’t run or work as hard as we used to under Gerrard & Beale. The old saying goes hard work beats quality when quality doesn’t work hard!

That’s why I didn’t understand the comment about them now training with the 1st team

Great update as always, you said you could think of a more Scottish option for the music today. All I'm saying, you played Michael by Franz Ferdinand not 2 days ago, you could have done that again :)

I'm sure I heard the players were expected to do their own fitness work and wasn't part of training. Don't know if that is true or not though.

I feel MB has been pretty much perfect since rejoining us. Has struck exactly the right tone - respectful towards SG and Gio whilst making it abundantly clear he will be his own man. Encouraging to hear him lay down a challenge to Kent and Morelos. I watched the training ground videos on RTV, a thing I haven't done since SG's arrival. Hugely encouraged by the obvious injection of energy. Feeling very positive about things at this stage.
