Graeme Price

Finally a Maiden song and I skipped the intro. That'll teach me!

Dave Velociraptor

They waited for this to drop before announcing the signing.

Jamie Kirk

I hope Kent and Alfie stay. Get our injured players back, add a few good first team players and with Beale improving the way we play as a whole we will be in a much better place than people think.

Jamie Walker

Marco Negri staying fit or Amo fully fit might have been the difference of us getting 10 in a row.

Stephen

Can’t beat a bit of Iron Maiden…

Gregg

Durrant all day

Ross Whitehead

Mols was the first name to spring to mind for me.

Dave Fleming

Stuff the news, crank up the music!!!

Bob MacCallum

Re Mols' injury. It happened because he was a truly decent guy who tried to avoid landing on Bayern keeper Khan and injuring him after the keeper had raced out of his box to tackle Mols away out on the left touchline, nowhere near his goal. The German would have deserved everything that might have happened to him the way he slid into that "tackle".

John Palmer

Amazing tune. Just heard on Sky Sports that a Fee has been agreed for Cantwell pending a Medical. Seems like it's a done deal.

Dylon Aitken

About the injury question and from what I’ve heard it must be marco negri just due to what season it was.

Calum Downham

That’s my favourite Iron Maiden track along with Wasted Years. Good choice

Craig

You should watch it back man, Khan really did nothing wrong. Just one of those things.

Craig

Was listening to Number of the Beast in the car earlier. Beale obviously being diplomatic regarding the keepers. If McGregor is finished in the summer and McLaughlan was trusted to be No 1 next season, then he'd already be the No 1 now.

Paul Kerr

We could come up with an entire team of top players lost to injury. Durrant is probably the one for me. If we could have had him and Kuznetsov in prime condition, what a formidable team that would have been.

Gary Brown

Happy 1300th Update and Thank You.

Craig

Crocks XI Charbonnier Kuznetsov Prodan Ball Durrant Thern Krancjar Murphy Mols Rozenthal Prso Of course half of these could have been avoided if we actually did medicals in the hubris era.

Gregg

Spot on Craig - it was an accident, plain and simple. What a joy those first 3 or 4 months were of Mikey

Bob MacCallum

Craig, my memory at the time was that Khan came rushing out to the touchline intent on taking Mols out, no matter what. Mols should just have stood on him while falling instead of trying to avoid hurting him. No German player would have done what Mols did. He wasn't ruthless enough. Too nice.

Craig

The highlights are on YouTube, I spent years being angry at Khan, but if you watch it back he makes a great tackle and wins the ball clean as a whistle, it was just an unfortunate landing.

Bob MacCallum

I agree " unfortunate landing" BUT all because most players would have simply landed on Khan, injuring him. Being decent, Mols tried to avoid that and injured himself.

Iron Maiden 👌

Graham Jones

Looking good for assigning tomorrow, and about time. 👍
