Watching on TV I thought the reaction of the st j players made jack's tackle look worse, several rolls and players running at the ref

Watching on TV also and I felt we got away with one. Jack's tackle was low to the ground but he was using ridiculous force for the position on the pitch and the bottom of his boot went I to the foot/ankle of the opponent. We'd be screaming for it and to me it looked like red mist. Clarke had to go, the height of his foot was ridiculous and he endangered an opponent in doing so. You can't be doing that. Both reds for me, though you could (and people have) argue both yellow or red for the two tackles.

Without a doubt the reaction of the injured Saints player (on loan from Celtic so theatrics not unexpected) and his colleagues was to influence the ref, have him even up the sending offs.
