Good listen lads. Celtic have a GD that is 25, TWENTY FIVE, better than us. And it is start of Feb. It's a wildly over optimistic, and incorrect, take to claim there's not much in it if you take a "deeper look". They do blow teams away compared to us. Trying to claim it is just perception serves no purpose other than to delude ourselves.

Craig

Having an old player on the bench just to sub them on for a goodbye wave would be guaranteed to blow up in our faces with a 1-1 draw at home to St Johnstone.

Biggest difference from us to that lot is the media like when rodgers was there manager overhyped them and opposition managers start to believe the hype around them and i include gio when he was our manager. I agree they can blow teams away but i suppose it helps when teams are happy to except defeat. The two times that lot have came up against a beale inspired system and team and both times dipleated due to covid and injury they have for most part struggled for large parts of the game. For me what we as a team and i include manager in this need to stop showing teams to much respect the only time we have not is when we went to tyncastle and were constantly all over every loose ball and forcing them in to mistakes thats what i want week in week out every game regardless of the oposition last time we done this was 55 season.

If it was a 1-day contract, they would never be near the team or a game. Just a gesture, so they can retire a Ranger.

Angus Mackay

Really enjoyable show, again. Thanks, lads. I think Davis should be put on a pay as you play contract that would allow him to then transition to coaching afterwards. Quite apart from being a worthy HOF entrant as a player, the guy embodies everything I want a Rangers player to be - in Steven Gerrard's parlance, a top eauman being.

I like the wee blooper reel bonus at the end!

Excellent pod gentlemen, thank you very much I think Beale should bring Steven in as a naming consultant for striker role names. In the same way that Beale has "Destroyer" and "Spider in the Web" and so on for midfielders, Steven could help him profile "Chaos Machine", "Pest" and "Wee Rat" 😃 I've gone 2-0. On paper you expect a battering with a lower league team but it hardly ever turns out that way because there's low intensity in the game. Hope to be proven wrong!

Re Edmiston House - last match the FanZone re opened at 1645 - end of game, leavn 20 mins before to queue up seems a bit of a stretch, but not improbable

How many of these bloopers do we not hear? 😉🤣 maybe a pod like It’ll Be Alright On The Night 🤷🏼‍♂️😉🤣

Craig

Fair enough, misunderstood the idea. Does seem a bit too NFL to be honest.

Was that a wee test at the end to see who listened? Listener version of flushing out the Subway Loyal.?
