Ignored rangers twitter and h&h, 4lads etc after the final (sorry guys) just to take stock and recharge. Come to the unpleasant conclusion that whether you think this Rangers team is half decent or not, that Celtic side under Postecoglou have Scottish football on toast at the minute. I do think we're on a way but doing it by the proverbial 2 steps forward and 1 step back, although the final was a huge step back. Good win today, Cantwell settling in nicely.

Late comment, and not related to todays game, but I’m watching MoTD and wondering why Joe Aribo hasn’t pushed on. Hindsight is a great thing of course, but I do wonder what’s gone wrong there

Raskin in the second half was sloppy maybe an indication of why he never played last week. Novo worked a lot harder for his team mates than Fashion so not really a fair comparison. Different players

I must have missed the colak goal, he has had a decent run of starts, enjoyed a purple patch and then the goals dried up, I'm sure he will be back at Ibrox for the raith game.

Colak’s movement is much better than that of the lumbering Morelos, and he’s a far better finisher. Alfie is better at holding the ball up, but the 2023 version of Alfie is just not good enough …

Now on his 3rd manager in under a season which hasn’t helped but I think his lack of pace goes against him. Team fighting relegation and constantly on back foot need legs in middle of park and despite his other attributes speed isn’t one of them.

First half these players just showed us they can break down a low block, second half the team did their usual and went through the motions instead of destroying Killie, still not got a 90 out the team, plus waiting until the 82nd minute to put Colak and Buff upfront as a two was pointless he could've done that earlier when Killie opened up in the second half and went for it, at least half those players need to go cause they're not taking us forward or winning the league if Beale can't get rid of them.

Bottom line on Sakala … the way we play creates opportunities for whomever plays there, if we have an upgrade on sakala we are easily winning that game five or six nil.
